The fee looks simple — nights times rooms times rate — but in practice it gets lost: channels that include it in the price and others that send it separately, early departures, no-shows, multi-room bookings. StaySync keeps it right in every case.
Per channel, as the booking arrives
For each channel you set whether the price includes the fee or whether it is added on top, and StaySync separates the amount on every booking. Fees per period of the year are set once in the hotel settings.

Collected and invoiced correctly
At check-out the guest's balance includes the fee where it is owed — and a tour operator guest pays only that. If a guest left without paying it, their portal and a reminder email collect it.

Does the guest see the fee?
It can be shown separately in the portal — even when the other amounts of the booking are hidden, as on tour operator bookings. You set it per channel.
