The guest, with no app and no password
Every booking has a personal portal: the guest sees the booking, pays, checks in online, asks for extras or a change and writes to the front desk. Emails go out automatically in the guest's language (Greek, English, German, Czech, Polish).
Cash book and management in the same place
The money of every booking, expenses, suppliers, payroll and debtors are kept in one book. Reports give occupancy, ADR, «same day last year» and cost per night.

Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for a small hotel or rooms to let?
Yes. You switch on only what you need — e.g. bookings, room plan, check-in and emails — and add the cash book or invoicing when you need them.
Does it need an installation or a server at the hotel?
No. It opens in any browser and can be added to the phone's home screen like an app. Data is kept on servers in the EU.
